So I have been throwing around the idea of starting a family newsletter every new year in January, Mostly because I always plan to do a Christmas card but the only time I have the time is in the middle of January after Christmas is long gone!
What do you guys think?? Don't be shy. Are newsletters with a little family photo of course, outdated or just for grandparents?

Funny for the exact same reason as you I have wanted to do the same but we'll see if I even get one out in January! It may be a Christmas in July card!!!
I personally LOVE getting family photos and newsletters! I never do them... but I love to recieve them! So I say: Go For It!!! ;)
I think its a great idea, I was gonna do that for my Christmas cards this year but I have some family members who still don't know I'm prego and I didn't want to tell them, haha, yeah good idea though, your blog can always act like that too if you dont want to send tons of letters just tell your fam to look at your blog, thats what I tell them when I email them or send cards.
I don't think it is outdated. But like Brandi, I just tell people to look at my blog to see what is going on in my life. Either way you do it is totally acceptable!!
